Real estate photography and confidentiality

Property photography is not limited to capturing the aesthetics of a place: it often involves personal property, projects being sold or rented, and sensitive heritage issues. As professional real estate photographer in Nice, I undertake to scrupulously respect the confidentiality of photographed property.

Each mission is carefully listened to by the client's broadcast preferences. Whether the visuals are intended for a public advertisement or for a discreet use (as in a negotiation or succession), I ensure that the images do not compromise no ongoing real estate transactions. Privacy, data security and discretion are at the heart of my approach.

Trust relationship with clients

As real estate photographer in NiceI know that each project is much more than just a good to value: it is often a key moment in a life course or an important transaction.

This is why I pay particular attention to listening, dialogue, and adapting to the constraints of each client. My goal is not only to produce beautiful images, but to accompany you reliably and discreetly in your real estate process.

A service that makes you win more than beautiful images.

Today, everyone can take pictures with a latest generation smartphone. But not everyone has the time – nor the desire – to manage the whole process that guarantees professional rendering.

That's exactly why I offer a service designed to freeing the mental charge of real estate agents.

No need to juggle with complex settings, worry about white balance, natural light or retouch. There is also no need to install software, convert files or solve technical contingencies in the field.

By entrusting me with the taking of your property, you have the assurance of a professional turnkey result, fast, neat, and adapted to your supports (real estate portals, brochures, social networks...).

In fact, I don't sell photos: I save you time, and lighten your daily life. You contact me, I'll take care of the rest.

Professional smartphone or camera: a difference that counts

High-end smartphones are now making excellent photos, even in low light. They are perfect for portraits, landscapes or life scenes.

But when it comes to photographing real estate, the limits appear: Mixed lights, counter-days, small pieces, Deformed vertical, or difficulty in restoring volumes in a natural way.

In real estate photography, technical rigor is essential. This is why I use suitable professional equipment, including a Sony G Master 12-24 mm lens. This wide angle allows me to find the right balance between faithfulness of proportions, respect for verticals and careful composition, without creating unpleasant distortion effect.

Thanks to this level of requirement, visuals are not only more harmonious, but also more effective in valuing a good in a credible and professional way.

Retouching, a discreet but essential know-how

In real estate photography, the retouch is a bit like the recipe of Coca-Cola: we know that it exists, but the exact formula is often unclear. It's not about wanting to keep a secret, but let's say the photographers — consciously or not — avoid saying too much.

Each develops its method, its eye, its settings, its automatisms. In the end, what counts is the rendering. And that's what I invite you to judge in my portfolio.

However, there is no mystery: a beautiful photo always starts with a treatment.

It's all that, combined, makes the difference between a simple photo, and an image that really values a good.

Valorize your property and above all save time with our photo and video services.
